The hydraulic swing beam shear operates with a main hydraulic cylinder, mounted on the sidewall, performing a downward shearing motion. A nitrogen return cylinder simplifies the hydraulic system, making the operation more stable and efficient.
During the shearing process, the upper blade holder swings along a fixed axis, forming a circular motion. This lever principle reduces stress on the pivot points, extending the blade and machine lifespan. The compact structure allows for stepless stroke adjustment of the upper blade holder, significantly improving productivity and cutting efficiency.
